Dr. Michael Rodriguez is the medical director for this practice. With his leadership skills and nature of wanting to help others, he ensures that all medical personnel around him are performing to the best of their ability. 

Igor Lizogubenko 

RPA-C

 Igor Lizogubenko, PA-C is a Physician Assistant in our practice. He has experience working in various healthcare settings. His prior experience as an emergency room provider has enriched the services we are able to offer in our primary care setting. He is eager to care for you and your family.

Linda Lizogubenko 

RPA-C

Linda Lizogubenko, PA-C is a Physician Assistant  in our practice. She has worked as a Physician Assistant in various healthcare settings.  During her time with us she has developed trusting relationships with our patients and looks forward to providing compassionate care for you and your family.

Robert Rodriguez, LMSW 

Healthy Steps Specialist

Robert Rodriguez, LMSW is the Healthy Steps Specialist in our practice. He graduated from Stonybrook University School of Social Welfare as a licensed social worker. He has been providing mental health services, for children and families in the child welfare/educational setting and community for over 30 years.  

As the Healthy Steps Specialist, he serves as part of the pediatric primary care team. This integrated team-based approach enhances the expertise in child development and behavioral health promotion and prevention. Together we partner with families to foster healthy child development and life-long well-being. 

 Jacob Morabito, LMSW

Gina Caraccilolo 

Registered Nurse

Gina Caraccilolo has been a nurse for over 17 years and has been a nurse since 1999. She has graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in Manhattan, NY and is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. Gina Caracciolo also worked as a trauma nurse and is an Adult Pediatric specialist. She loves the great staff and great community she is surrounded by at this practice.

Nilka Chin-Sang

Licensed Practical Nurse

Nilka Chin-Sang is a licensed practical nurse with over 15 years of experience. She is bilingual, has a compassionate and warm heart, and she has an efficient work ethic. She also has a rich educational background as she has graduated from the Manhattan School of Practical Nursing and has worked for various practices.

Diane Davis 

Audiologist

Diane Davis has been working in the field  of audiology for over 39 years. In various settings such as private practices, including 33 years here at Just Kids, she has the ability to hold audiological evaluations accurately and efficiently. From kids through adults, she is up for the task to ensure that your hearing stays strong!
